Garnica

Garnica is the artist project of Rafael López Garnica, a Barcelona-based producer and DJ originally from the Venezuelan Andes. With a background as a drummer in projects such as Submarino and Galgo (Love Kills), his work today reflects a transition into electronic music, blending influences from downtempo, Balearic house, and melodic club sounds.

Alongside Garnica, he has developed parallel projects such as Kiss Me Again, exploring a more versatile and laid-back sound rooted in Balearic and downtempo aesthetics.

Beyond production, he is also the host of Legacy, a podcast focused on curated sessions that revisit and reinterpret classic tracks through the lens of contemporary DJs and selectors.
